Equity in the Agency Experience: Dream or Reality? is a 12-part monthly CE event that discusses both best practice strategies for clinicians who work in agencies (i.e. masters-level clinicians, supervisory and administrative teams, bachelors-level practitioners) and strategies for clinicians who work outside of agencies to better assist and advocate for the professional development and support of agency employees.

Each workshop will be hosted by editors of the New England Journal of Relational and Systemic Practice. During each workshop, the editorial team will discuss statistics, systemic analyses, and case studies that describe the systemic challenges that agency workers confront. In addition to discussing the challenge, we will also be exploring opportunities and innovations by those in the agency and behavioral health community.

The editorial team will work with participants in the workshop to develop strategies and action steps for engaging with the agency systems and individuals in the systems, including writing articles for the New England Journal for Relational and Systemic Practice, creating training and supervision modules for agency workers, and building collaborative relationships with key people in agency systems.
