Come join AVIV for a day of learning and discussion on clinical tools to support individuals dealing with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Michelle Visser and Allison Giuliano will share their knowledge and insights to help you better understand and address these important issues. The event will take place at Courtyard Boston Dedham/Westwood, so mark your calendars and be prepared to gain valuable insights!

This training has been approved for 5.5 CEs with RIMHCA.

Michelle is a Licensed Psychotherapist and Certified Early Intervention Specialist. Her career has included in-home and private practice therapy. Working with individuals as well as groups, she has assisted those struggling from perinatal mental health challenges, unexpected outcomes of pregnancy/childbirth, as well as general parenting stressors. Currently, Michelle creates and facilitates courses for parents and birth professionals on perinatal mental health as well as seeing patients in her private practice. Michelle is also the mental health expert for One Huddle, a global on-line support community for expecting and new parents.

Allison is a seasoned, licensed therapist who values authenticity and individuality in her therapy work. She knew early on that her calling was helping people and has created a well-rounded 15+ year career, having worked with people of all ages and gathering experience in almost every clinical setting possible. Especially passionate about maternal and parental mental health, she is certified in perinatal/postpartum mental health (PMH-C) and currently works as clinical director and outpatient therapist.
