This is an Advanced Workshop for mental health professionals who have taken IFS Level One Training, or otherwise have significant famili arity with the IFS model through reading, workshops, personal therapy, and use of IFS in their psychotherapy practice.This 3 hour pre-recorded and sel f-paced workshop introduces Coherence Therapy and how it approaches the psy chotherapeutic process to elicit the experiential steps of memory reconsoli dation. Then it compares this process to IFS (Internal Family Systems), tra nslating key concepts and applying Coherence Therapy to specific aspects of the IFS healing process. Unblending and differentiating parts from Self mo re fully, identifying their positive intentions and fears more precisely, a nd creating an ongoing organic and relational juxtaposition experience are discussed and then demonstrated in context via session videos.After complet ing this workshop, participants will be able to:1.Name and describe the two components of a juxtaposition experience.2.Discuss how these components co mpare to the IFS constructs of Self and Burdened Part.3.Identify the proble m and solution aspects of a burdened part's fears and positive intentions.< /p>
