Emotionally Focused Therapy was developed by Dr. Susan Johnson and is most well known for its groundbreaking results in helping couples move from distressing negative patterns to stronger more secure bonds. Now this important treatment model has been expanded to work with individuals (EFIT) and families (EFFT). Emotionally Focused Therapy is an elegant integration of interpersonal and intra-psychic work, all within an attachment frame. This online webinar will offer a brief introduction to how this model is applied to working with individual clients and will use videos demonstrating clinical work by some of the top experts in the field: Lorrie Brubacher and Susan Johnson.
