But what happens when we g et limited hours or poor quality of sleep? Over time, the lack of sleep or poor sleep quality can overcome the ability to stay awake which can impact our health, well‑being, and safety. Healthcare professionals and others wil l be able to incorporate the tools and practices in this program to underst and sleep’s important role in good physical and mental health and to identi fy ways to improve sleep quality and quantity.
