Transgender, gender non-conforming and non-binary individuals deal with a myriad of issues most often created by discrimination, bias, violence and flawed practices. This training will explore intersectionality through an anti-oppression framework. Providing cultural information, exploring power and privilege and developing strategies for interrupting oppression interpersonally and organizationally. Previous training on transgender and non-binary communities is recommended for this training.
