Retroactive Application for CE Credit- For Individual LMFTs Only

LMFTs in Massachusetts: You can apply for retroactive Continuing Education units for events not sponsored by NEAFAST that you personally attended. Please review our criteria for qualifying continuing education activities before submitting applications.

Please complete the online application form for retroactive CEs. If you are an entity or organization looking to get approval for your event please use this application.

The form allows you to submit up to four events; please complete multiple forms if you're submitting more than 4 events. As of November 25, 2019, the fee is $30 for each form you submit.

At this particular time, there is not an option for mail-in forms. If you need assistance, please contact [email protected]. We aim to be a totally green company so as a result, we are no longer accepting check or money order payments. Please submit your payment online at the time you complete your application.

Applications for retroactive credit received by NEAFAST after December 10 of each renewal year, MAY not be reviewed and returned to you before the renewal date...and if you do get it back with credit denied, you may have little time to find substitute credit! Do not wait until the last minute.
