As we look to a future beyond COVID‑19, we are beginning to think about how things might return to normal. This “new normal” is the normal that will emerge post-COVID. How will the “new normal” be different from what we have known in healthcare management and delivery? How can we work toward a new, better normal that improves access and outcomes? This program will explore the lessons learned about the impact of COVID‑19 to define the “new normal” and how those lessons can be incorporated into future models of health care and human services.
